Ask7 개인정보처리방침

1. 수집하는 정보

Ask7은 계정과 로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 직접적인 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 이용 과정에서 다음 정보가 수집됩니다.

  • 입력한 질문 텍스트와 그에 대한 판정 결과. 이어서 묻기를 사용하면 앞 질문의 요약이 맥락으로 함께 전송됩니다.
  • 질문 언어와 기기 로케일
  • IP 주소 기반의 대략적인 지역 정보(국가/지역 단위). 원본 IP 주소는 저장하지 않으며, 복원할 수 없는 해시 값만 저장합니다.
  • “당신 생각은?”에서 선택한 투표 값(질문한 사람 편 / 상대 편 / 애매해요). 개인이 아닌 집계 숫자로만 표시됩니다.
  • 선택 사항인 익명 프로필(성별·나이대·직업·지역 유형). 지역 유형은 대도시/중소도시/시골·교외 3가지 중 하나만 선택하며 주소나 위치는 아닙니다. 입력하지 않아도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 값은 기기에 저장되고, 투표와 질문 요청에 이름이나 식별자 없이 함께 전송되어 세대별 익명 통계에 쓰이며, 나이대가 10대인 경우 위험·불법 질문의 안전 판정을 더 엄격하게 적용하는 데에도 사용됩니다.

2. 음성 입력(마이크)

앱에서 마이크 버튼을 누르면 기기 운영체제의 음성 인식 기능(iOS는 Apple 음성 인식, Android는 Google 음성 인식)이 말을 글로 바꿉니다. Ask7은 음성 파일을 녹음·저장하거나 Ask7 서버로 전송하지 않으며, 변환된 텍스트만 질문으로 사용합니다. 음성 인식 과정에서 음성 데이터가 Apple 또는 Google의 서버로 전송될 수 있으며, 이는 각 회사의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 마이크 권한은 버튼을 누를 때만 사용되고, 권한을 허용하지 않아도 키보드로 질문할 수 있습니다.

3. 광고

모바일 앱은 결과 화면 하단에 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시합니다. Google 광고 SDK는 광고 게재와 성과 측정을 위해 기기의 광고 식별자, IP 기반 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 정보, 앱 성능·오류 진단 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 광고 식별자를 다른 회사의 앱·웹사이트 정보와 결합하는 추적에 사용하지 않습니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국 이용자에게는 광고 표시 전에 동의 화면이 표시되며, 앱 내 “광고 개인정보 설정”에서 언제든 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다. Google의 데이터 처리에 대한 자세한 내용은 Google 광고 정책을 참고하세요. 웹(ask7.kr)에는 광고가 없습니다.

4. 공유 링크

“링크로 공유”를 누르면 판정 결과 페이지(ask7.kr/r/…)의 주소가 만들어집니다. 이 페이지는 링크를 아는 사람이면 누구나 볼 수 있고, 질문 텍스트와 AI 판정이 표시됩니다. 목록·검색·피드는 없지만, 같은 질문을 똑같이 입력하면 같은 결과 페이지가 열립니다. 질문에 개인정보나 실명을 넣지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

5. 수집 목적

  • 판정 생성, 투표 집계 등 서비스 제공
  • 서비스 품질 개선 및 오남용 방지
  • 익명 통계 작성 (개인을 식별할 수 없는 집계 형태)
  • 광고 게재 및 광고 성과 측정 (모바일 앱)

6. 처리 위탁 및 제3자 제공

서비스 제공을 위해 다음 사업자가 정보를 처리합니다. 그 외 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

  • OpenAI (판정 생성을 위한 AI 처리 — 질문 텍스트와 맥락)
  • Vercel (서비스 호스팅)
  • Supabase (데이터 저장)
  • Google AdMob (모바일 앱 광고)
  • Apple / Google (기기 운영체제의 음성 인식 — 마이크 사용 시)

7. 보관 및 파기

수집된 정보는 서비스 운영 기간 동안 보관되며, 이용자가 삭제를 요청하는 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다. 기기에 저장된 익명 프로필과 언어 설정은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 질문에 개인정보를 입력하지 않도록 주의해 주세요.

8. 이용자의 권리 및 문의

본인이 입력한 질문·투표 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 아래 이메일로 요청해 주세요. 요청 시 해당 질문 텍스트나 결과 링크를 함께 알려주시면 빠르게 처리할 수 있습니다.

9. 아동의 개인정보

Ask7은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

10. AI 시뮬레이션 고지

Ask7의 판정과 패널 발화는 AI 페르소나 시뮬레이션 결과이며, 실제 여론조사나 실제 사람들의 의견을 대체하지 않습니다. “당신 생각은?” 집계만 실제 이용자의 선택을 모은 숫자입니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

Ask7 has no accounts and collects no direct personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number. When you use the service we collect: the question text you enter and its verdict (plus a short summary of the earlier question when you ask a follow-up), the question language and device locale, coarse region information derived from your IP address (we store only an irreversible hash of the IP, never the raw address), your choice in the “Where do you stand?” vote (shown only as aggregate counts), and an optional anonymous profile (gender, age range, occupation, and area type: metro / smaller city / rural, never an address or location). The profile is stored on your device and sent with votes and question requests without any identifier, for anonymous per-generation statistics, and the age range (teens) also makes the safety check on risky questions stricter. You can use every feature without it.

Voice input: when you tap the microphone, your device's speech recognition (Apple on iOS, Google on Android) converts speech to text. Ask7 does not record, store, or upload audio to its own servers; only the resulting text is used. Speech data may be processed by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. The microphone is used only while you hold the button, and typing always works without the permission.

Advertising: the mobile app shows one Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the result screen. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect the device advertising identifier, coarse location derived from IP, ad impression and interaction data, and crash and performance diagnostics to serve and measure ads. On iOS the app does not request App Tracking Transparency and does not use the advertising identifier for cross-app tracking. Users in the EEA and UK see a consent form before ads are shown and can change their choice under “Ad privacy settings” in the app. The web version at ask7.kr has no ads.

Share link: “Share link” creates a public page at ask7.kr/r/… that anyone with the link can open. It shows the question text and the AI verdict. There is no feed, directory, or search, but asking the identical question opens the same page. Please do not include personal information or real names in questions.

Processors: OpenAI (AI processing of question text and context), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (storage), Google AdMob (mobile ads), and Apple or Google (on-device speech recognition when the microphone is used). We do not sell your data. Data is kept while the service operates and deleted promptly on request; the on-device profile and language setting are removed when you delete the app. Ask7 is not directed at children under 14. To request deletion of your questions or votes, contact namurobori@gmail.com. All Ask7 verdicts and panel voices are AI persona simulations and do not replace real polls or real people's opinions; only the “Where do you stand?” counts come from real users.
